A martyrs' memorial near Emet for the soldiers who fell in a War of Independence clash on September 3, 1922.
Its story
The memorial was created in memory of the soldiers who were martyred on September 3, 1922 in a clash in which the unit under Captain Rauf inflicted heavy losses on the enemy. The site was opened as a memorial cemetery in 1985. It is at the Cevizdere locality in Emet district, near the Simav-Tavşanlı road.
