Version v1 — draft

DRAFT — This text has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and will be updated before launch.

This is a translation for information only; the Turkish version is the legally binding text.

1. The service

TRgezi is a service that provides information about places to visit and rewards visits with digital badges. The information is for guidance only.

2. Safety

Follow local rules, warning signs and staff instructions at the places you visit. In risky areas such as canyons, summits and caves, check the weather and ground conditions. Never behave dangerously to earn a badge.

3. User content

You confirm that the information about the places you suggest is accurate and that the photos you share are your own.
When you upload photos, you grant TRgezi permission to publish them as part of the service.
Unlawful, misleading, rights-infringing or advertising content will be removed.
Private property, protected areas or places with restricted access should not be suggested.

4. Badges, points and coupons

Badges and points have no cash value and are not transferable. They may be withdrawn if abuse is detected. Coupon campaign conditions are stated in each campaign. Prize draws are not held without the required official permits.

5. Liability

We take care to keep information up to date, but opening hours, fees and access conditions may change. Please check before you visit.
