Gölcük Yaylası lies around a crater lake in pine forest at an elevation of 1,450 meters, about 14 km from the Simav district center and about 10 km from Eynal Hot Springs. The Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism promotes the area as a camping and caravan site with complete infrastructure. The site has tent and caravan sections, picnic spots, a children's playground, toilets, a masjid and a restaurant; fishing is possible in the lake. It gets very crowded during religious holidays and on weekends.
