Its story
Bayramiç Beyazı is a juicy, aromatic apple variety with pale yellow-white skin, grown in Bayramiç and the surrounding foothills of Kaz Dağı. Protected by a geographical indication in Türkiye, it is also among the Turkish products registered in the European Union. The autumn harvest is the busiest time in the orchards. It can be bought directly from producers at the Bayramiç market and at stalls along the village roads.
