Kızıl Kule (Red Tower)

An octagonal Seljuk tower rising at the harbor entrance, also featured on Alanya's flag.
Its story
Together with Alanya Castle, Kızıl Kule is the symbol of the city and also appears on Alanya's flag. It was built in the Seljuk period to defend the harbor and protect the shipyard. It houses a museum display; from its upper floors the harbor and castle can be seen.
