The Evren Dede Recreation and Picnic Area is in pine forest about 2 km from the Banaz district center. Besides facilities belonging to the forestry administration, there is a warden's house, an open-air swimming pool and a restaurant open to the public. With its infrastructure and landscaping completed, the area is the district residents' weekend picnic spot.
