Its story
Muratlı is one of the Thracian towns where immigrants from the Balkans were settled. In 1936 Atatürk came to Muratlı to inspect the houses built for the immigrants. The single-story house bearing the memory of this visit also reflects the simple architecture of the immigrant housing of the period. It is suitable for a short visit in the town center.
