Its story
Mesir Nature Park is at the western edge of the city of Manisa, on the Uncubozköy side, at the foot of Spil Dağı, and has nature park status. Named after mesir paste, the city's symbol, the park has a greenhouse where the plants used to make the paste are grown and presented. A pond, artificial waterfalls, walking paths, picnic areas and rain shelters were laid out in the park's first phase. The area is run by Yunusemre Municipality and is a day-use green space easily reached from within the city.
