Reşat Oyal Kültürpark
Osmangazi, Bursa
One of Bursa's largest and oldest city parks, in the city center, with a lake, an open-air theater and an archaeology museum.
Its story
Kültürpark was laid out in the 1950s on a large site on the city's Çekirge road and soon became a meeting place for the people of Bursa. With its tree-lined walkways, small pond, tea gardens and playgrounds, it appeals to visitors of all ages. Its open-air theater is the traditional venue for summer concerts and festivals. The Bursa Archaeology Museum inside the park makes it easy to turn a stroll into a cultural visit. On weekends it has a lively atmosphere, especially for families.
