A nature park a few kilometers from the city, looking down on Burdur Lake from a hilltop.
Its story
Serenler Tepesi was declared a nature park in 2011 and is about 4 km from the city center. From the viewpoint on the hill, Burdur Lake and the city are seen in panorama; the view is especially impressive at sunset. The park has picnic areas, a children's playground and walking and cycling trails. It is also a good area for observing birds and wildlife.
