Seljuk Hunting Lodge
Kemer, Antalya
One of the three known Seljuk hunting lodges, in the forest at the entrance to Kemer, dated to 1230–1248.
Its story
Located in the forest at the Kemer entrance of the Antalya–Kumluca road, the building is the only Seljuk monument in the area. Its stone staircase with hexagonal star reliefs is a fine example of the Seljuk period. Although the entrance door and the nearby wall have collapsed, the roof and most of the walls are still standing.
