Its story
The Phrygian Way is a marked long-distance hiking and cycling route through the valleys between Ankara, Afyonkarahisar, Kütahya and Eskişehir, based on routes used by the Phrygians. One of its three starting points is Seydiler in the İscehisar district of Afyonkarahisar; the routes meet at Yazılıkaya (Midas City) in Eskişehir. With a total length of 506 km, it is one of Türkiye's longest hiking trails; Route 1 in Afyon is about 140 km. The trail passes the rock monuments around Ayazini, Aslantaş and Döğer.
